1. Who does Bauer supply to?

Basically, we only serve commercial customers. These range from resellers to industrial. Here you will find the most frequently asked questions from our customers. As a supplier we know how important it is for our customers to find a trustworthy distributor. Therefore we would like to provide you with all necessary information to convince yourself of our range of services and our brands.

3. How will my articles be shipped?

If your delivery is not larger than 3 parcels, we send them with the parcel services GLS & DHL. Larger orders are packed on pallets, which are picked up daily by our shipping partners.

4. What about shipping costs?

As we cooperate with many forwarding agencies, we are always able to use the best offer for each delivery. Our goal is to pass on the best price to you. For further information please refer to our logistics page.

5. How do I get an offer?

Just send us an email or use our contact form. You can reach us by telephone at +498546 975630. Just tell us what and how much you need. One of our committed employees will then take care of providing you with a competitive offer.

6. What payment options do I have?

You can pay by bank transfer for your order after you have received a proforma invoice. This ensures that the items are in stock and reserved for you. We also offer payment by invoice which has to be arranged on an individual basis.

7. What is the minimum order value?

For parcels within Germany the minimum order value is € 250. We supply customers within the EU at a minimum order value of € 500 and overseas customers at € 5,000.

8. Do you have an online shop?

Yes, we do operate a B2B online shop. It can only be accessed by our existing customers with a personalized log-in. As a new customer you can save items in our shopping cart and sent the items as an inquiry to us. You will then receive an individual offer.

9. I need access data for your online shop. Can you send it to me?

To receive the access data for our online shop, please send us an e-mail with your contact data.

10. Where do I see the prices on your website?

We do not publish any prices on our website. You will receive your personally price offer after you have requested an inquiry.

11. With whom do you send your parcels/pallets?

We ship in Germany and Europe with renowned shipping companies such as Kühne+Nagel, Schenker, Raben, Dachser, Gebrüder Weiss, Spedicam and Noerpel, as well as the parcel services GLS and DHL. Further information can be found on our logistics page.

12. Can I pick up my order from your warehouse (by myself)?

Self-collection is possible. Please contact us for more information, as we need specific documents from you depending on the destination.
